There is something of the young Brigitte Bardot in Viola.

BLONDE AND desirable, naturally, but there is a wildness in her look, an earthiness that is both a challenge and an allure. Born in a rural village in Lithuania, Viola couldn't wait to be eighteen and begin a new life in the picture book capital of Vilnius.

Models need an edge, personality, that certain indefinable something. Viola knows that and when she came to be photographed by Petter Hegre she was carrying a pomegranate. Pomegranates are the most difficult fruit to eat, the sweet flesh inside protected by an outer skin and a multitude of dark seeds. Viola demonstrated that the only way to enjoy the fruit was to strip naked bite into it and allow the juice to go wherever it wants to go.
