Petter Hegre discovered Viktoria on his expedition to Latvia - though perhaps 'discovered' is the wrong word, in the same way that America was there before Christopher Columbus set sail on his historic voyage in 1492. Viktoria was ready and waiting, working part time as a waitress, doing evening classes in English and keeping a green/blue eye out for our lensman to appear.
